EIP-8051 — ML-DSA Signature Verification

Proposes a precompile for ML-DSA (Module-Lattice Digital Signature Algorithm) signature verification. ML-DSA is the primary NIST standard for post-quantum signatures, and this EIP enables efficient on-chain verification of quantum-safe signatures.

EIP-8052 — Falcon Signature Verification

Proposes a precompile for Falcon signature verification. Falcon offers the smallest signature sizes among post-quantum candidates, making it particularly suitable for blockchain applications where storage costs are a concern.
